Felicity has spent over 20 years working in the veterinary industry as a client care team member for a local vet who has recently retired, and prior to this working in a busy boarding kennels and cattery.

Felicity feels that her strengths lie in creating bonds with clients and their pets. She is unafraid to deal with difficult situations and help clients through the sadder elements of pet ownership.

She is a keen horsewoman and adores spending time with her two horses Alfie and Red, and her two cats Oscar and Arthur.
