Lisa joined The Hampshire Vet in November 2024. She qualified from the University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 2013 and worked in mixed practice in South Africa before immigrating to the UK in 2015. She initially worked in a small animal and exotics hospital in West Sussex before moving to Hampshire in 2020 where she has worked as the lead veterinary surgeon in a small animal hospital and later as the clinical lead in a multi-site independent veterinary group. Lisa has a keen interest in surgery, diagnostic imaging and cardiology and obtained a post graduate certificate in small animal surgery in 2020, becoming an RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery in 2022 and completed a post graduate certificate in small animal cardiology in 2025.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys swimming and is the owner of a naughty cat named Berlioz.
