On-site veterinary laboratory
The Hampshire Vet’s on-site laboratory provides our veterinary team with same-day test results, allowing them to pinpoint a variety of health problems quickly without needing more invasive diagnostic methods. A swift diagnosis enables treatment to commence right away.
Our laboratory is well equipped to cater for blood and urine analysis with results available within minutes. We also have facilities for microscopy and faecal analysis.
External laboratory services
If a case requires more specialised tests, we send samples to a trusted external laboratory via a bespoke overnight courier service. Results are available quickly, often the very next day. Our vets will then contact you to discuss your pet’s results and plan for the next steps in their treatment.
